Dr. Bill Castellano is a Professor of Human Resource Management at Rutgers University and Executive Director of the New Jersey/New York Center for Employee Ownership. He is also a fellow of the Rutgers Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing.
His research, teaching, and consulting focus on employee ownership, equity compensation, employee engagement, and organizational performance. Bill brings more than four decades of professional and academic experience, including senior human-resources positions at Merrill Lynch and Manufacturers Hanover. He also serves on the board of the Global Equity Organization.
