Molly Blankenship is Associate Vice President at Jobs for the Future, where she works across strategy, research, policy, and programs to align JFF's enterprise priorities with measurable impact. She leads the American Job Quality Study, the first nationally representative measure of job quality across the U.S. workforce, and her commentary and research have been featured in Bloomberg, the Washington Post, CNBC, Fortune, and Forbes. Before joining JFF, Blankenship served as Executive Director of Chattanooga 2.0 and Head of People at U.S. Xpress, bringing experience from both demand and supply sides of the labor market. She was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for her leadership in education and workforce systems change.
