She leads the American Job Quality Study, the first nationally representative measure of job quality across the U.S. workforce, and her commentary and research have been featured in Bloomberg, the Washington Post, CNBC, Fortune, and Forbes. Before joining JFF, Blankenship served as Executive Director of Chattanooga 2.0 and Head of People at U.S. Xpress, bringing experience from both demand and supply sides of the labor market.
