Andrea Steffes-Tuttle is an entrepreneur, cultural anthropologist, and journalist. As Founder and Director at the Well Economy Lab, she works with companies and municipalities to incorporate shared ownership into their strategic initiatives. She also studies and educates on the topic of shared ownership and its impacts on economic security and worker engagement.

Her award-winning journalism on labor and economic justice has appeared in leading publications, and she brings her interdisciplinary perspective to public service as a commissioner on the State of Colorado’s Employee Ownership Commission, where she works to create a more equitable economy in Colorado.
